1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a coaching session, purchasing a digital product, or joining The Inner Room community through mxnifestdreams, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

mxnifestdreams offers conscious manifesting coaching through:

1:1 Coaching Sessions (€50–90)
5-Day Manifestation Sprint (€199)
The Inner Room Community (€10/month)
Digital Products (guides, ebooks)

All coaching is delivered via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or email at the client's preference.

3. No Guarantee of Results

IMPORTANT: Results are not guaranteed. Coaching is based on the Law of Assumption and conscious manifesting principles. Actual results depend entirely on your personal commitment, mindset, and actions. mxnifestdreams makes no promises about specific outcomes.

This is not therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once a session or sprint begins
Payment is due upon booking (via Calendly)
Currency: EUR (€)
Refunds for technical issues must be requested within 7 days of transaction
The Inner Room subscription (€10/month) is non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Be honest and open during coaching sessions
Take responsibility for your own well-being
Not rely on coaching as a substitute for professional mental health treatment
Seek appropriate professional help if experiencing mental health crises
Respect confidentiality regarding coaching content

6. Cancellation Policy

Sessions: Cancel 24 hours before via Calendly for rescheduling (no refund)
5-Day Sprint: Non-refundable once it begins
The Inner Room: Cancel anytime, no refund for the current month

7. Confidentiality

Your personal information shared during coaching is confidential. We will not share it with third parties except as required by law.

Exception: If you disclose imminent harm to yourself or others, we may be required to report to appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, and methods created by mxnifestdreams are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any coaching content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

mxnifestdreams is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
Any damages resulting from coaching (you assume all responsibility)
Technical issues beyond our control

10. Disclaimer

mxnifestdreams coaching is:

NOT a substitute for mental health therapy or psychiatric care
NOT medical advice
NOT a guarantee of any specific life outcome
Educational and based on personal experience and the Law of Assumption

11. Age & Eligibility

By using mxnifestdreams services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

12. Modifications to Terms

mxnifestdreams reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France and the EU, including GDPR compliance.
